Heads up: This is a working draft. Sageridge Group should have this reviewed by qualified counsel before launch. The intent below covers the basics, but specific engagements (custom AI Coworker builds, ongoing operations) are governed by the signed engagement agreement, not by these terms.

The short version

By using this website, you agree to use it in good faith. Don’t try to break it, scrape it for commercial purposes, or misrepresent yourself. We’ll do our best to keep it up and accurate, but we provide it “as is.”

About this site

This website is operated by Sageridge Group, an AI consulting and implementation firm based in Austin, Texas. The content is informational. Nothing on this site constitutes a contract or guaranteed deliverable. All engagements are governed by the signed engagement letter between Sageridge Group and the client.

Acceptable use

Don’t use this site to do anything illegal.
Don’t attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the site.
Don’t use automated scrapers to copy content for republication or commercial use.
Don’t misrepresent yourself when contacting us.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, visuals, illustrations, layout, and code) is the property of Sageridge Group or used with permission. Brand logos shown to indicate integration compatibility (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Stripe, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse Sageridge Group’s materials without written permission.

Engagement terms

If we agree to work together, the specifics (scope, fees, timeline, deliverables, IP ownership, data handling) are governed by a separate engagement letter or master services agreement. These website terms are not a substitute for that document.

Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Information presented (case studies, capabilities, integration lists) reflects general practice and may change without notice. We make no representations that the AI Coworker we build for your business will produce any specific business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sageridge Group’s liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you’ve paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
